Who is responsible

Darb Labs is responsible for this website. The registered company details will be published here. For anything about your information, email hello@darblabs.com. We have not appointed a data protection officer.

Visiting the website

The website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It has no forms and no sign-in, and everything it shows comes from this website itself. See cookies.

Cloudflare hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and protect the site against attacks. We do this because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure website. We keep no visitor logs.

Emailing us

If you email hello@darblabs.com, we use your address and message to reply, because we have a legitimate interest in answering. Cloudflare forwards the email to our mailbox. We keep the conversation for up to two years after it ends, unless we need it longer to deal with a complaint or a legal claim.

Information outside the UK

Cloudflare is a US company and may process information outside the UK. That transfer is covered by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, or by the UK's approved international data transfer agreements.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive it in a common format. Email hello@darblabs.com. It is free, and we reply within one month.
